All Levels Yoga in the park incorporates elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and gentle flow yoga styles, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging practice for everyone.

Kriya Yoga is an ancient, yet fresh and unconventional practice that seeks to awaken Kundalini through the practices of Pranayama, Expansive Breathwork, Kriya, Mantra, Asana, Laya, and Ecstatic Movement to create a moving meditation that helps facilitate evolution in the body, mind, and spirit. Every class is unique, inviting the yogi to journey into their soul to experience the authentic power of one-self while flowing with grace between stillness and movement, compassion and radical aliveness.
